Nathaniel Dance-Holland, "True, but every goose can..."
A caricature of Marie-Auguste Vestris by English portrait painter Nathaniel Dance-Holland (1735 - 1811). In a successful artistic career, one of Dance-Holland's primary achievements was to be part of the group of 34 who founded the the Royal Academy of Arts in 1768. He later gave up painting in a professional capacity to become a member of parliament for East Grinstead in Sussex.
