Shipping Policy
Important Updates:
Postcode Delays: Royal Mail is experiencing delays in the following areas. Please allow an extra 5 working days for delivery to: E4, CO1, CO2, CO3, CO4, CO5, CO6, CO7, CO8.
US Tariffs The ongoing changes in the tariff situation and the revocation of the de minimis regulations means that the US is a highly challenging country for us to ship to. Our system calculates tariffs at point of sale, and we make our best attempt to stay in line with the regulations, but as this remains a highly fluid situation, please be aware when ordering that you may end up paying further duties, depending on what the current status is.
Fuel Shock We are aware of the very high pricing of international shipping right now due to world events, we hope that the situation is resolved swiftly, but at the moment there is little that we can do to offset these. International shipping may not currently be available at checkout, but if you would like a quotation for an order, please contact us at sales@curatingcambridge.co.uk
1. UK Delivery
Cost: Standard delivery starts from £3.95. Timeline: We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery should take 2–5 working days.
Which courier will deliver my parcel?
We use a range of couriers, generally as described in the schedule below:
Royal Mail (Semi-Tracked): Used for standard orders under £75 and weighing less than 2kg.
FedEx (Tracked & Signed): Used if your order:
Is over £75 in value or
Weighs more than 2kg.
Note: FedEx will email you a tracking link once the item is on its way.
Highlands, Islands & PO Boxes:
Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may incur extra shipping charges. We will contact you to discuss this before dispatching.
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Missing UK Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at sales@curatingcambridge.com.
Please Note: You must contact us within 45 days of placing the order. If you contact us after this time, we cannot track the item or offer a refund/replacement.
2. International Delivery
Cost: Europe from £Variable | Rest of World from £Variable. Timeline: Please allow up to 25 working days for your order to arrive.
Product Restrictions: We cannot ship the following items internationally. If your order contains them, they will be cancelled and refunded:
Alcohol
Metallic items
Excluded Countries: We are currently unable to ship to: Ukraine or Russia
If you are unable to make an order to your country, please contact us at sales@curatingcambridge.com, and we will see what we can do.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Charges: You are responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, or documentation required by your country’s customs office.
Non-Payment: If a package is returned to us or destroyed by customs because duties were not paid or clearance was not provided, we cannot refund the shipping costs or the cost of the goods (if destroyed).
Missing International Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 25 working days, please contact us at sales@curatingcambridge.com.
Please Note: You must contact us within 50 days of placing the order for us to assist you.
3. General Information (All Orders)
Lost or Damaged Items: We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge, provided you have contacted us within the 50-day window.
Incorrect Addresses / Uncollected Packages: If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect, or because it was not collected after a failed delivery attempt, we cannot refund the shipping costs.
Large Orders: Large volume orders may require additional shipping fees. We will contact you to discuss this before dispatch.
Working Days: Our timelines refer to Monday–Friday only and exclude public holidays.
