Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Curating Cambridge. Please read the sections below to find the correct procedure for your situation.
1. I received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item
If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or if we sent the wrong product, please do not return it immediately.
Step 1: Email us at sales@curatingcambridge.com.
Step 2: We will advise you on the next steps to arrange a replacement or refund.
Note: If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.
2. I changed my mind (Unwanted Items)
If you are not happy with a standard item, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and packaging unopened).
Notification: Please email sales@curatingcambridge.com before posting the item to ensure your refund isn't delayed.
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a recorded/tracked delivery service, as we cannot refund lost or damaged returns.
Exceptions: We cannot offer refunds on personalized or custom-made products unless they are faulty.
3. Print-on-Demand & Art Orders
Because our art prints are reproduced specifically for your order, special rules apply:
Framed Items: These are custom-made to order. We cannot accept cancellations or returns unless the item is faulty.
Unframed Items: You have 14 days from receiving the goods to tell us you wish to cancel. You must notify us in writing (email or letter). Please return the prints in their original packaging immediately after notifying us.
Canceling a Print Order: Orders are automatically processed to our printers system within an hour after you checkout.
Within an hour: Email us immediately for a refund.
After an hours: We will try to intercept the order, but we cannot guarantee a refund.
4. Refund Timelines
Processing: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 days for us to process the refund or send a replacement.
Bank Transfer: It may take an additional 7 days for the money to appear on your bank statement.
Total Time: In total, please allow up to 4 weeks from the day you post the return to see the funds in your account (though it is usually faster).
5. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or it was not collected from a local depot:
We will issue a refund for the item cost only (we will not refund the delivery charge).
If the carrier charges us a fee to return the package, this will be deducted from your refund.
If you still want the items, please place a new order.
6. Duties & Fees
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any duties or fees that may levied on your purchase when sent to a country other than the UK.
