Looking Smoky by Tsukioka Yoshitoshi (1839-1892), and Spring Moon by Utagawa Yoshitora (active c.1850-1880).
The Fitzwilliam Museum has a splended collection of around 1500 Japanese woodcut prints. The collection encompasses beautiful portrayals of the flora and fauna of Japan, and many fine examples from the ukiyo-e genre (pictures of the floating world). Ukiyo-e prints include popular scenes from kabuki theatre and mythology, and depictions of the fashions and practises of urban life during the Edo period.
