Mathematical Bridge - Construction kit
Mathematical Bridge - Construction kit
Queens' College
Recreate the Mathematical Bridge at home! One of Cambridge's most famous landmarks, the Mathematical Bridge at Queens' College was designed in 1748 by engineer and architect William Etheridge, and first constructed the following year by James Essex the Younger.
This intricate model is made from injection-moulded ABS plastic, giving a highly detailed and durable finish. It is available in black or white. Black gives a smart and precise look, while the white is suitable for those who wish to paint the bridge in a true-to-life wooden (or more colourful!) style.
Product details:
- 81 pieces, ABS plastic
- Detailed instruction manual included
- Recommended for ages 14+ (but suitable for younger children, with adult supervision)
