Aida Wilde is an Iranian born and London based artist and educator, and is the founder of the Print is Power & Sisters in Print projects. She works as a printmaker and in urban environments via mediums such as murals and billboards. Her work carries bold, provocative, and often witty messages of political activism and rebellion, and has been exhibited nationally and internationally.
This signed digital print, 'Life Plans,' is characteristic of Wilde's sense of humour: a call to action that will resonate with many!
Wilde's piece 'Dreamboat II' is currently on display in the Defaced! exhibition at the Fitzwilliam Museum, and you can read more about her work in the Defaced! catalogue.
