About Cambridge Soap Company

The Cambridge Soap Company are a small local business offering premium, luxurious soaps, shower steamers, and salts.

They use fresh, natural ingredients together with pure essential oils, moisturising butters, and dried herbs and flowers to create wonderful aromatic, skin-kind bath and body products.

The Cambridge Soap Company is committed to producing eco-friendly products, from plastic free packaging to keeping their items free of animal derived products, and only testing on humans.

Shipping

We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within two working days.

UK Deliveries

UK Shipping costs up to £4.95

Most orders are sent via Royal Mail 48, this is a non tracked service that normally takes two to three working days, if you have not received your order within 10 working days, please get in touch.

EU Deliveries

EU Shipping starts at £16.50 and is based on order weight

Most orders are sent via FedEx, this is a tracked service and normally takes between two and five working days, if you have not received your order within 12 working days, please get in touch.

Worldwide Deliveries

Worldwide shipping costs vary depending on country, if your country is not listed, please get in touch at sales@curatingcambridge.com

Print on Demand

Our prints are produced to demand and are shipped separately by our printing partner. They are currently only available within the UK.

Returns

Returning unwanted items

If you are not happy with an item you bought online, you can return it to us provided it is in its original condition (clothes not worn or washed, packages unopened).

Refunds for correctly delivered and undamaged items are available within 30 days of the goods' receipt. Please get in touch with us at sales@curatingcambridge.com to organise a return.

We recommend the use of a recorded-delivery service, for your own protection, since we cannot be held responsible for any returned goods that arrive damaged, or are lost in transit without proof of our receipt.

Please note: You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error or it is faulty (see section below for faulty/damaged products).

EU and International Taxes

Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to additional import duties, taxes or delivery charges, which are levied in the receiving country. These vary by destination, and CuratingCambridge.com is not able to account for these charges
