Our basic terms and conditions are as follows

1. Interpretation of Terms

In these conditions, “the seller” means FME Ltd., its servants and agents, “The Buyer” means any customer of the seller. “The Goods” means products manufactured, supplied by or sold in connection with the services of the seller.

2. Minimum order value, carriage paid

Our minimum order value is £100 net. Carriage is not included in the cost of goods, Carriage is charged at a flat fee of £7.50 net. Our Carriage paid value is £160 net.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices for the Goods are sent to Buyers on or following the day of dispatch. The buyer has 30 days from receipt of invoice to submit payment. Payment by Bank transfer is preferred, alternative payment methods may be arranged, but only by prior discussion.

4. Credit Limit

Our credit limit for new buyers is £250. This is dependent on submission of at least two credit references. Without reference, payment is required on a pro-forma basis. With sufficient transaction history, increases to the credit limit can be discussed on a case by case basis.

5. Delivery Dates

The time, if any, stated for delivery of goods is only a guide. Delivery can take 2-5 working days. We can aim to deliver the goods on a specific delivery date if requested with the order but cannot guarantee it.

6. Cancellation

Once an order is submitted it may not be possible to modify or cancel it, but the buyer can try contacting sales@curatingcambridge.com, there may be a restocking fee applicable to a cancelled order, totalling a maximum of 10% of the order's value.

7. Returns

The seller does not accept any returns, except in case of damages, or manufacturing fault. The Buyer must notify the Seller within 5 days of any damage from transit, with photographic proof.

8. International Shipping

Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship our goods wholesale to international customers

9. Force Majeure

If the seller is unable to make delivery of any goods the subject matter of a contract owing to an act of god, or any other cause whatsoever beyond its control the contract in respect of any Goods undelivered thereunder may be cancelled by the Seller by giving notice in writing to the Buyer and the Buyer shall have no claims against the Seller in respect of such Goods.
