Illustrations of butterflies from the Broughton Collection.
The Broughton bequest has given the Fitzwilliam Museum one of the most impressive collections of flower paintings and botanical drawings in the world. Many of these illustrations include studies of butterflies, moths, and other insects alongside the plants that provide their food and habitats. This notecard pack contains some of the most beautiful examples of butterflies from the collection and includes:
