I work on domestic items that are practical and beautiful, marrying form and decoration that is influenced by nature. I enjoy the contrast in scale between my ceramics and jewellery: they are thematically connected through my approach to design, use of colour and mark making. Most of my work is wheel thrown and shapes are further refined through turning.
