Our new range of scarves has been produced in collaboration with specialist designers PJ Studio Accessories of London. This beautiful piece takes inspiration from the extensive and varied collection of needlework samplers housed within The Fitzwilliam Museum, one of the richest such collections in the country. The charming central motifs of shepherdess and trees are taken from an embroidery of 1801 by Elizabeth Bates, with added details of birds and floral patterns creating a intricate whole. Printed on a modal silk blend for a luxurious yet smooth and delicate feel.
