A stunning 100% silk square created in collaboration with specialist designers PJ Studio Accessories of London. The floral pattern is taken from a series of studies by Princess Louise d'Orléans (1812-50), an accomplished watercolourist who produced many beautifully detailed botanical paintings. The Fitzwilliam Museum was gifted several of her works as part of the Broughton bequest in 1973.
