Graham Clifton Bingham's book A Snow Baby: Pictures & Rhymes and Merry Times was first published by Ernest Nister in 1888. The whimsical poetry was accompanied by several full colour lithograph plates, including the illustration of a charming Victorian scene of childhood featured on these Christmas cards. A copy of the original book is held in the special collections of Cambridge University Library.
