Ronald Searle, The Model, or A bad day for ideas...

Ronald Searle (1920 - 2011) was one of Britain's most popular and celebrated graphic artists. In 2014 Searle's children generously presented The Fitzwilliam, a favourite museum of their father's, with a number of watercolour and ink works. Several of these pieces feature cats such as 'the model' in this work. Explore the rest of our Searle range to find more of his friendly felines.
